Hi, Can't find anything equivalent for the Mafell Mt 55 CC but there is a comparable set of adjustments which are described in a useful guide for the Festool TS 55 (see Page 11 in the manual here) - on the TS55 there are 4 screws on the top, whereas the 4 screws on the bottom of the base plate for your Mt 55 appear to be equivalent if you look at the parts diagram - here item No. 62. If you prefer visual instructions then there is this youtube video where Peter Parfit follows the same guide instructions. If you look at this link here you'll see lots of helpful pictures of someone who's taken their Mt 55 CC apart and identified the various adjustment screws! Whilst that thread is primarily about adjusting the vertical alignment (so that it cuts to the same line on the splinter guard when you do bevel cuts as for 90 degree cuts) it should give you enough information to attempt the equivalent process of calibrating squareness etc as for the TS 55 on the above (if you follow?) However if your machine is still in warranty I would not recommend that you attempt to play with adjusting it unless Mafell say this is ok - don't want to void your warranty. One would assume there is a similar process for both adjusting squareness and also to ensure the blade can be adjusted to the splinter guard (if it's moved or you have multiple saws that need aligning to the same tracks). Hope this helps Steve

Did you manage to sort this problem? Hi Jay. Yup I did, should have let this group know. Can't remover now if I followed any instructions or just sussed it out, probably both though. I first took the spring out that goes from the base plate to the body. Then I adjusted the grub screws, you'll know which ones when you look at the other side of the base plate. Bit tricky though, as this wil affect your bevel angle. Still wasn't happy with it though, so I sent it to mafell. Turns out my 1 week old blade was slightly warped and blunt too!
