Hi guys, couldn't find anywhere else to put this so created a thread. If it's inappropriate, please move it.
I've got the older style mafell jigsaw, stab something or another, can't remember the model name.
My question is whether any of you peeps have/had one and more specifically, used a Collins coping foot with it?
Been meaning to order one, but contacted the makers website, he was unable to confirm whether it fits the jig saw or not.
Would appreciate any advice.

As far as I'm aware, Collins have only made a foot for the P1CC as far as Mafell goes.

Thanks for the reply. You're right in that there is a specific one for the pc1cc. I wanted to know whether anyone had fitted the universal one to the older jigsaw.

Can you take some photos of the base of your jig saw? The standard coping foot is designed to that the user would completely remove their stock base, then use the stock retention screw to secure the coping foot to the saw. It's possible that the older Mafell jig saw would work fine with the stock coping foot....
