Using two of each: Incra T-track Plus rails, Incra hold-down clamp, and Woodpecker flip stops, one can create a simple, functional, and relatively inexpensive set of parallel guides for repeatable rip-cuts for all Mafell, Bosch, and Festool track saws. Hope this helps.

Are the tracks attached to the rail? What is the rip capacity using this system?

Using the set-up in the photo, no. The hold-down and rail make a wide surface to square up easily to the fence. If you need to have the system fixed to the rail (for hard , fast, multiple rips), then you can go with a Kreg T-bolt (into the Mafell rail) and a hex nut into the Incra slot.

Could you make a video demo?

Sorry, I don't make videos. But, here is the bolt set up to attach the Mafell/Bosch rail to the Incra rail. I sure that ther may be even better ways, but this is the first thing that comes to mind. Hope this helps you.

What is the rip capacity using this system? Rip capacity depends on how long of an Incra rail that you use.

OK, I've been ripping all morning and I have to tell you all that with the Festool rails this system is alright, but with the Mafell rails, it works... but, is very difficult to set for thin pieces...this system can't be the final solution for Mafell users to having a parallel rip guide...thought you should know.

I've never used parallel guides for narrow strips before but even the Festool version seems hard for this application. Maybe its just the nature of the design....some cuts will be more difficult than others.

Rmv on the fog made some thin rip guides for festool rails. I'm thinking something similar can be done with an under Mount in the mafell rails.

When I used only the bolts in the t slots and the Paolini as a depth gauge for each of the guides, then it worked...but, you know...if you use a T square off of a straight edge, you can go almost as fast as futzing with all of the guide adjustments...and in the end, you know that you are dead-on!

I'm thinking the faster and most efficient way is maybe to just get the aerofix and go with two quick T square marks and go!
