Hi gang!
I was poking around the Timberwolf Tools site today and noticed that they've begun carrying the Nilfisk Attix 44 vacuum.

I'm way overdue on posting a review of my Attix 33, but here are the highlights in the mean time until I get the whole thing put together:
-- The Docking Station accepts both Systainers and L-Boxx cases. Very convenient!
-- The bungee for the power cord is easy to use and easier for me to use than the Festool Hose Garage
-- Once you get the hang of it, the hose wrap is a fast and easy way to store the hose
-- The hose is 32mm, AS (anti-static) and very flexible. The modular hose end is great and allows multiple ways to attach to different tools. The vac can easily accept most "standard" hoses with 50mm ends, such as the Festool 27mm and 36mm hoses.
-- The filter-pulsing function is robust and seems to work reasonably well even when using the fleece liner bags
-- Suction power is great, right up there with any of the other high end vacs I've tried (Festool, Starmix, Hilti, etc....)
-- The front casters are great. Rubber lined and double locking.
-- The power outlet is always "Live", meaning you can leave the vacuum running continuously and still use a tool, or just use the vac as an extension cord.
I originally bought a Attix 33, but after using it for a few months I've opted to order the "44" tub to increase capacity (I think it adds all of a couple inches to the height). I've also purchased the Long Life bag for use when producing large quantities of wood chips. I've been using the vac with a concrete grinder and it does a great job keeping up with the large quantities of fine, cementitious dust. I'm looking forward to seeing how it performs with a drywall sander next week.
Anyways, I'm happy to see that Timberwolf is now carrying the Nilfisk vac, I really appreciate their service.
