I was thinking of buying 1600 Bosch rail instead of maffel one because it’s half the price but I came across this Video on YouTube
Is is this a problem have any of you experienced this ?

I am not sure that the problem is?? The rail lays on a surface, so if that is not flat then the rail is not flat. But I am not sure if we are seeing a warped saw, or a twisted rail.
I use the Bosch rails.

Bosch, Mafell, there's no difference. Same product, same materials, same factory. The only differences are in the colours used for branding & rubber strips. Without knowing for certain, the rocking depicted seems to be down to an uneven/distorted/damaged tool soleplate.
As you're undoubtedly aware, the rails themselves are sufficiently thin & flexible to closely conform IN ONE DIMENSION ONLY to the substrate. The width & resilience of alloy extrusions effectively restricts any possible sideways distortion to the virtually unmeasureable. So I suppose it's also possible that the rocking could be down to an uneven substrate, however unlikely that is.
Either way, as long as the rails remain undamaged in use you can mix & match both rails & accessories to your hearts content safe in the knowledge that there's no dimensional or operational differences whatsoever.

Yes I think so also , there must be some issue with his saw baseplate , guide rail or substrate on which he has placed his rail and saw , I did ask the guy to explain his rocking video but he didn’t reply.

Don't have that problem on my rails and I have a lot of Bosch rails. I wonder if that's the plywood that the rails are on that's causing that?
